As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones. Your focus areas will include:
* Developing and executing business growth strategies in key target segments, including entrepreneurial clients in Europe and External Asset Managers, Family Offices, and Multi-Family Offices.
* Closing collaboration with an expanding network of Business Partners and Business Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Identifying and addressing client needs and preferences, offering suitable products and services.
* Maintaining a high level of service quality by ensuring accurate execution of client instructions.
We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree in financial education and certifications. A background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance is considered an asset. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in one of the following languages (Danish, Swedish, Polish, or Dutch) is required. Strong negotiation skills, a growth mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Proven experience in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management is highly valued.
