Your tasks
10. You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for a wide range of roles - from needs analysis to hiring.
11. You will lead recruiting strategy meetings, place job ads, conduct interviews and prepare contract documents and works council hearings.
12. You will actively search for suitable candidates through various channels and identify new ways to approach talent, be it through social media, job boards or other innovative channels.
13. You will support our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and act as an ambassador for our company.
14. You will work closely with internal and external partners and take part in recruitment projects.
15. You will contribute your expertise to the trend analysis of the recruiting market and maintain supplier management.
16. You will support the planning and implementation of training activities on site and take part in career orientation fairs.
Your profile
17. A degree in business administration with a focus on HR or marketing is an advantage.
18. You have at least 7 years of experience in recruiting, ideally from a recruitment consultancy or an internal talent acquisition team.
19. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other industries is desirable.
20. You have excellent interview and assessment skills and a sound understanding of selection methods.
21. You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
22. You are a strong communicator, persuasive and assertive and know how to deal with different stakeholders.
23. You work independently, are well organized and can set the right priorities in a dynamic environment.
24. You have a proven track record in directly approaching passive candidates and are familiar with the latest recruitment trends.
