Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines while acting as the primary liaison between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend project startup meetings and familiarize yourself with specifications.
* Collate technical submittals and manage the approval process.
* Raise and manage RFIs (Requests for Information).
* Maintain labor tracker and weekly progress reports, managing changes or variations.
* Liaise with main contractors and client site teams.
* Oversee coordination and delivery of project equipment.
* Ensure timely availability of materials.
* Implement construction and commissioning plans on site.
* Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvement reports.
* Manage the handover process and maintain the Document Management System.
* Develop project-specific schedules and conduct meetings with subcontractors.
* Attend site meetings and address action points.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience as an Electrical Supervisor
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
* Qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred.
* Experience in supervising teams.
