Join our Marketing Team as a Technical Visual Experience Designer (f/m/d)! Location: Karlsruhe Your role You help our customers see the future of industrial connectivity and turn complex technology into compelling visual experiences. As a Technical Visual Experience Designer, you'll collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to translate product value into engaging visuals, motion, and storytelling that resonate with customers. Your Responsibilities Develop visual concepts that turn technical solutions into clear, engaging stories across customer touchpoints Create high-quality 3D renderings, motion graphics, illustrations, schematics, and animations from CAD/STEP data to visualize product features and use case Support go-to-market preparations with visual and motion design and storytelling assets - from concept visuals and key visuals to product videos Maintain and further develop the visual identity and design system to ensure brand consistency across formats Explore new technologies (AR/VR, 3D Web, AI-based tools) to continuously enhance visual communication Collaborate with an agile, cross-functional team at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology and prioritize visual requests Your Qualifications What you bring: Experience in technical visualization, marketing or industrial design (ideally B2B/tech) Skilled in working with 3D CAD files (e.g. STEP) for product visuals Proficient in tools like Adobe Suite, Blender, After Effects Interest in tech, automation and how things work Comfortable working with engineers and product teams Visual thinker with a proactive, curious mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English, German is a plus What you don't need to be: Not a layout designer - templates and brand guidelines are in place Not a generalist - standard design tasks can be outsourced Not a product expert on day one - but have the drive and capacity to learn fast
