Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Public Relations Manager to lead brand positioning, community growth, PR, content marketing, and strategic sales. This role is responsible for driving Arcanis’ products adoption among VC firms, family offices, and institutional investors, building Arcanis’ brand as the go-to venture intelligence platform, and establishing strong thought leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Community Management
* Position Arcanis as the industry leader in data-driven venture research through branding and storytelling.
* Develop and implement a community growth strategy, fostering relationships with VC investors, analysts, and tech founders.
2. Public Relations (PR) & Thought Leadership
* Own the PR strategy—secure media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership placements in venture capital, fintech, and AI-driven investment spaces.
* Build partnerships with influential voices in the finance and investment space, such as investor-focused content creators and financial newsletter publishers (e.g., Data-Driven VC), to expand Arcanis' market presence and reach targeted audiences effectively.
* Develop and execute a conference and events strategy, ensuring strong representation at top VC and fintech events.
3. Content Marketing & Traffic Generation
* Oversee content strategy, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, and research reports to educate and attract potential clients.
* Work with the research team to publish insights, trend reports, and data-driven analyses, establishing Arcanis as a trusted market authority.
* Optimize SEO and LinkedIn campaigns to attract Arcanis’ ideal customer profile (ICP).
4. Go-To-Market Execution
* Refine the marketing strategy for the SaaS product launch.
* Work closely with product and business development teams to align offerings with market needs.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in brand management, PR, or content marketing, ideally within early stage startups, SaaS, venture capital, fintech, or financial intelligence.
* Ability to independently develop and execute launch and GTM campaigns for SaaS products.
* Deep understanding of VC, private equity, and institutional investing.
* Proven ability to build and scale B2B SaaS marketing pipelines.
* Experience in community-led growth, PR strategy, and thought leadership campaigns.
* Strong network within VCs, institutional investors, and fintech ecosystems.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales automation, and digital marketing analytics.
* Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
