We are looking for an HR Specialist for TPI - Tecnimont Planung und Industrieanlagenbau GmbH, a German engineering company specialized in the planning of high-pressure LDPE plants. A subsidiary of Nextchem SpA, an Italian-based company at the head of an international industrial group specializing in the transformation of natural resources.

We are looking for the following for our location in Braunschweig
Tasks :
* Contact person for all topics relevant to personnel and employment law
* Support in the recruitment process and applicant management, writing job advertisements and their placement, planning and conducting job interviews
* Implementation of all administrative tasks in the HR area: master data maintenance, creation of certificates, references, change agreements, etc.
* Organization of training and further education
* Close cooperation and coordination within Nextchem SpA regarding personnel development activities and the performance management system
Requirements :
* Completed training as a human resources specialist or experience in the HR sector
* Knowledge of relevant HR processes and employment and social security law
* Confident handling of MS Office programs
* Confident and service-oriented appearance as well as very good oral and written German and English communication skills
* An independent and self-reliant way of working, the willingness to work in a team and to travel
