IT Professional for Dynamics 365 CRM
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead the development and implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end CRM processes, including data models, integration layers, workflows, and user interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience with CRM configuration, integration tools, and APIs. You should be proficient in SQL, security settings, and have excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
* Design and implement end-to-end CRM processes
* Configure and customize the CRM platform
* Develop and maintain high-quality data models and integration layers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
* Ensure smooth system operation and effective knowledge retention through documentation and training

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
