Founder Associate – Finance, Accounting & Investor Management

Your Tasks
Executive Support
* Help CFO and finance team with day-to-day operations and challenges, ensuring smooth execution across tools and projects
* Manage shareholder and investor relationships
* Prepare board meetings, monitor KPIs and, assist with reporting
People & HR:
* Own all HR processes in the company, including payroll, onboarding/offboarding, contract preparations, and employee requests
Finance & Accounting:
* Assist with month-end closings, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement
* Identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks to free up time for high-impact work
* Support finance team with any ad hoc requests
Your Profile
* "Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Strong interest in process optimization and the application of new tools
* Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a drive to find smarter ways to get things done
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with DATEV and Odoo is a strong plus. Open to adopting new technologies and AI tools
* Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required)
* Availability to work on-site in Garching bei München
* Open to a flexible schedule several times per week; ability to collaborate with the US-based team across time zone
