Business Development Manager

Responsibilities include:
* Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand managers and marketing teams
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant background
* Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in a business operations, e-commerce, or management area
* Fluent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
* Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications:
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Knowledge of another European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish)
* Basic knowledge of SQL or website content management systems
* Confident in communicating internally and externally
* Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
