These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace.What You'll DoAs Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, DACH NL PL to enhance retailer performance, expand market share across various channels, and strengthen relationships with retail partners. Additionally, you will assist in executing business strategies, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing key performance data to optimize brand visibility and market positioning. The position involves international collaboration, overseeing key markets including DACH, NL, and PL.This role will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager DACH, Netherlands & Poland.What You'll Be Working OnSales Support & Retailer ManagementSupport the Sales & Marketing Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targetsPrepare sales reports and performance analyses to optimize sales performanceMaintain and update product and pricing information with retail partnersCoordinate orders and monitor stock levels in collaboration with internal teams and retail partnersAssist in planning and executing annual meetings and preparing presentations for key account meetingsMarketing & Trade MarketingSupport the development and execution of marketing plans with retail partners to drive salesCoordinate and provide assets for marketing campaignsEnsure brand guideline compliance across all trade and marketing initiativesAssist in defining sampling opportunities, managing forecasts, and tracking performanceMonitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendationsCoordinate and provide digital assets and product information for retailer channelsEnsure correct product representation and brand messaging on retail partner digital platformsEvents & PromotionsSupport the planning, organization, and execution of in-store promotions, training, and eventsCollaborate closely with the VM team to ensure optimal brand presenceReporting & AnalysisPrepare and update regular sales and marketing reports for performance trackingAnalyze sales data and marketing activities to identify areas for improvementProvide market and competitor analysis to support strategic planningMust HavesMinimum 2-5 years relevant experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail/cosmetics/luxury goodsUniversity Graduate, with a major in Business, Management or MarketingExcellent written and spoken communication skills (German & English as must)Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environmentKnowledge and affinity with retail, digital marketing and businessA strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageousStrong analytical skills and experience using consumer, brand, and marketing data metrics to inform strategyInnovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to network and influence stakeholders and communicate recommendations concisely & persuasivelyMust be comfortable working a hybrid schedule ( 3 days per week in our Germany Office)This role requires regular travel to visit key retailers and support market activities.Why Sol de Janeiro?Competitive salary and bonus programFlexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growthInclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individualityThe chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brandThe information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.Sol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
