Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Management Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of our service delivery processes mainly using CDSM framework.
The major responsibilities include designing and documenting IT service management workflows, procedures, and policies to enhance service delivery efficiency, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, evaluating existing service management processes, providing ongoing administration and maintenance for service management tools, implementing and configuring service management software solutions, analyzing service performance data, and participating in IT related projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a technical diploma in IT, proven experience in service management, deep knowledge and experience in development and modification of IT service management tools, experienced understanding of service management principles, processes, and best practices, customer focus, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment, willingness to attend regular trainings, problem resolution capabilities, and fluency in English (spoken & written).
