A leading global provider in the testing, inspection, and certification industry is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to join their growing commercial team.
This is a great opportunity to manage strategic accounts across the Home & Commercial appliance and consumer goods sectors, working with international clients and contributing to product safety, quality, and sustainability worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts across EMEA
* Developing tailored proposals, pricing, and service strategies
* Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase account value
* Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the full client lifecycle
* Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
* Attending client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs
* Keeping client data up to date in Salesforce and Workday
What we're looking for:
* 2–5 years in B2B account management or technical sales
* Ideally from the TIC, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce/Workday preferred)
* Independent, customer-oriented, and commercially minded
