We are looking for a Sustainable Supplier Relations Manager (m/d/f) to strengthen our Business Operations Excellence Division.
What you can expect:
* With passion and foresight, you design and deliver trainings, awareness sessions, and enablement programs for internal stakeholders to strengthen their understanding of vendor governance, SSC, and ESG requirements.
* You act as a strategic partner to internal teams by translating complex vendor governance standards into practical guidance, ensuring alignment across functions and helping colleagues confidently work with suppliers.
* With a clear focus on long-term, sustainable partnerships, you develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our vendors, ensuring they understand and meet HUGO BOSS' SSC and ESG expectations.
* Your tasks include providing structured guidance, support, and relevant resources to vendors, enabling them to enhance their sustainability, compliance, and governance practices in line with company requirements.
* As the central point of contact, you act as a link between our internal functions and our vendor base: you communicate updates on governance frameworks and ESG goals and report on vendor performance, risks, and progress.
* You take an active role in developing and implementing vendor governance policies, frameworks, and monitoring processes that foster responsible, transparent, and long-term business relationships.
* As an important interface, you collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure vendor governance activities support the broader corporate and business objectives of HUGO BOSS.
Your profile:
* First and foremost, your personality: You are committed and enjoy the balance between taking responsibility and working in a team. Additionally, you stand out with your strong service orientation and flexibility.
* You have 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, vendor management/governance, sustainability, or a similar field.
* You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a strong affinity for working with data, systems, and structured processes.
* Your confident demeanor, positive attitude, and empathy enable you to build trusting and effective relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors alike.
* With your passion for sustainable and responsible supply chains - paired with a hands-on mentality - you inspire others and help internal teams confidently navigate vendor governance requirements.
* With your fluent English skills, you are able to support stakeholders at the highest level.
