We are looking for a Working Student in Marketing (m/f/d) for our Commercial Operations department at our location in Munich or Nördlingen Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Assist in the development of engaging content for our website and social media. You’ll help create compelling visuals and content using Canva. Social Media Management: Support the team in planning, scheduling, and analyzing social media campaigns. Help monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and brainstorm ideas for increasing online presence. Market Research: Help with competitor and customer analysis, and industry insights to inform marketing strategies. Stay up to date on new trends and share recommendations to optimize communication efforts. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organization of internal and external events, including trade shows. CRM Tool Management & Reporting: Support in the implementation and management of the CRM tool HubSpot. You’ll help set up state-of-the-art reporting and dashboards. What You Bring: Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Initial professional experience in Commercial / Marketing through previous internships or apprenticeships. Passion for Marketing & Communication: A keen interest in the latest marketing trends, digital tools, and communication strategies. Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Strong analytical skills (previous Market Research experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of HubSpot and Canva are a plus. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong Sense of Ownership: Demonstrates initiative and accountability, taking full responsibility for tasks and driving them to completion with dedication and attention to detail.
