LiuGong Europe is expanding its support operations in Germany and we are looking for a proactive and versatile Product & Aftersales Manager to lead the local technical, product, and customer support strategy.
This hybrid role is at the heart of customer satisfaction – bridging product knowledge, field support, and service development across LiuGong's machines and dealer network.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the product champion for LiuGong's machines (loaders, excavators, etc.) in the German market
* Deliver technical and commercial training to dealers and key customers
* Work closely with sales to support product presentations and tenders
* Oversee and continuously improve after-sales service support (diagnostics, response time, resolution rate)
* Manage and process warranty claims, liaising with European HQ
* Coordinate with global product support teams to address local needs and escalate field issues
* Conduct market benchmarking and provide technical input for local product adaptations
* Represent LiuGong at dealer meetings, events, and technical briefings
* Track service KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Your Profile
* 5+ years in product management, technical support, or after-sales in the construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or automotive sectors
* Strong product knowledge of machines such as wheel loaders, excavators, or similar
* Excellent communication and training delivery skills
* Fluent in German, with professional English
* Comfortable working in a Chinese-European environment
* Willing to travel across Germany and occasionally to European HQ (France/Netherlands)
