For our department E-Commerce within Airline Commercial, we are looking for a (an):
Digital Sales Specialist (m/f/x)
We are looking for a seasoned digital professional to serve as the strategic link between our E-commerce business unit and our cross-functional teams, including IT, UX, DPO, Sales, and Marketing.
In this role, you will take business ownership of digital initiatives, leading them through every stage of the lifecycle: from ideation and business case development, through RFP and vendor negotiation, to UX requirements definition and User Acceptance Testing.
This is a role for someone who combines commercial acumen with technical fluency: equally comfortable presenting to senior leadership and collaborating with development and design teams to bring products to life.
Main duties:
* Execute, run and support the commercial online sales action plans, based on Insights from analytics & sales data. Contribute to the digital sales growth and results.
* Support and realise the sales actions on E-Commerce side. Be the commercial key support for the Luxair & LuxairTours digital sales platforms.
* Support and realise the Paid Ads (SEM) campaigns. Create, update and improve online contents (SEO) of the Luxair & LuxairTours websites and digital platforms.
* Execute, run and support the digital CRM activities on E-Commerce side, with focus on personalisation & CRM customer targets.
* Provide digital sales inputs for the social media platforms of Luxair & LuxairTours.
* Prepare reports of online sales actions and activities. Contribute to the E-Commerce strategy & digital roadmaps.
* Act as a backup for other E-Commerce Team members if necessary.
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
* University degree in Business Administration, Media Studies or similar line of studies and/or proven experience in a similar position.
* Have an experience in E-Commerce, digital sales, and/or digital CRM management.
* Be familiar with current E-Commerce sales tools and platforms and demonstrate good statistical software skills.
* Have a knowledge in project management.
* Show very good communication skills in English, as well as skills in French and/or German (spoken and written).
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
* Be able to identify E-Commerce potentials, make proposals and proactively support new initiatives in a fast-paced work environment.
* Develop good skills in all aspects of digital sales & E-Commerce technologies (campaign management, automation, SEO/SEM, CRM, Analytics, etc.)
* Be able to work team-oriented and independently.
* Show assertiveness and stress resistance.
* Show a good spirit to synthesize, have good analytical and project management skills.
* Have a notion of Luxemburgish and develop the deficient work language (French or German).
The ideal candidate:
* Tourism & travel industry experience would be beneficial
* Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
