About the job
1. Own end-to-end execution of priority data, analytics and AI initiatives in DACH
2. Bring hands-on expertise into key initiatives to shape solutions, raise quality and unblock delivery
3. Implement and operationalize European data & AI platforms in the DACH business
4. Deliver usable analytics and AI solutions embedded in day-to-day decisions
5. Drive predictable, outcome-driven delivery across internal teams and partners
6. Ensure delivered solutions are adopted and deliver tangible business outcome
Deine Kompetenzen
7. Demonstrated experience delivering data, analytics or AI solutions in complex organizations
8. Strong applied expertise in analytics, BI and data platforms; practical understanding of AI/GenAI
9. Execution-driven leader who steps into the work when needed
10. Able to simplify complexity and make solutions usable for the business.
11. Confident operating in a European matrix with multiple dependencies
12. Fluent English; German beneficial
