Program Management Officer (m/f/d) – GEA AHEAD

GEA AHEAD stands for “AI for Human Empowerment, Automation & Digitalization” and is GEA’s global transformation program for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all units. As Program Management Officer for GEA AHEAD, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the organization. You support the AI Hub to foster collaboration and manage the program oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Oversight: Orchestrate the GEA AHEAD program in alignment with the company’s digital strategy, collaborating with workstream leads and reporting to the Chief Digital Officer.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment across teams.
* Meeting Moderation: Plan online and onsite meetings of the AI Hub and AI Board – Prepare & moderate the meetings as well as document action items and track them.
Your profile and qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in digital transformation or technology programs
* Basic understanding of data and AI technologies and their industrial applications.
* Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Fluent in business English; willingness to travel (primarily within Europe, ~20%).
