Job Description: This person will be the primary technical support contact for MPS Automotive in South-West Germany (Valeo Bietigheim, Harman and Magna El.). The main responsibility of this position is to engage with key customers and secure design wins incorporating MPS products and services. The FAE is also responsible for defining and sharing current and emerging customer technical needs for new IC product developments. Essential Functions: Contribute to MPS EU Revenue growth through direct and in-direct technical activities. Provides technical support to customers to meet or improve customer’s requirements with MPS products and technical knowledge. Support customers across multiple markets and territories when technical issue rising Provide field service and hands-on troubleshooting at customer site if requested Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business at defined Key Customers Gather potential market moves and competitor’s activities for MPS product strategy. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships Qualifications: BS or MS of Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Several years hardware design experience, ideally including power supply solutions or work as FAE with focus on power supplies.
