IT Consultant User Helpdesk Job Description
The role of IT consultant involves providing technical support to users, resolving faults and service requests in a timely manner.
* Duty includes administering software systems for the user helpdesk, ensuring smooth system operation of the central IT infrastructure.
* Maintenance of hardware and software assets, including installation, procurement and asset management.
* Identification and documentation of vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure, followed by optimization of these risks.
Key responsibilities also include managing knowledge base process for end-users and IT teams, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in computer science or a related field, combined with experience working with heterogeneous IT systems and networks.
