We are seeking a data‑driven demand planning specialist with strong analytical skills to support all sales and production sites What you can expect: Manage daily demand planning activities and support the creation of forecasts and annual budget planning Maintain and update article master data (article codes, production sites, discontinued items) Prepare special forecasts for sensitive product categories Participate in monthly meetings with all sales and production sites Analyze data, identify needs, and develop effective solutions Collect and evaluate internal and external data related to demand drivers Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to understand key drivers of the demand forecast Support the Business Controller with weekly and monthly sales re porting What we expect: University degree with a focus on demand planning, supply chain, or a controlling‑related area Good affinity for numbers and a solid ability to understand data Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP and Jedox experience is a nice bonus Good organizational skills and a structured way of working Ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations Basic understanding of seasonality and demand patterns Enjoys working with cross‑functional teams Reliable, responsible, and proactive Strong attention to detail What we offer: 30 days annual leave special leave Coaching Company restaurant & meal allowance EGYM Wellpass - One Membership 10.000 Possibilities Employee events & discounts External advice in all life situations Flexible working hours, Working time models & mobile working Group Accident Insurance – Coverage for Accidents at Work and in Private Life JobRad - more than just a bike Further education & training - ignite your curiosity Curious?
