The Role
This is an opportunity for you, an experienced and intrinsically motivated (Senior) Sales Representative, to take ownership of our outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. We offer a stable and profitable business environment, paired with a high degree of autonomy, impact, and responsibility.
You’ll join our B2B Growth team and work closely with Sales, CRM, and Partner Management to identify, engage, and convert potential distribution partners — primarily brokers and financial advisors across our key markets.
You’ll combine targeted outbound outreach and cold calling with the follow-up and qualification of performance marketing leads, ensuring that every potential partner gets the right attention at the right time. We’re looking for someone who brings experience in outbound lead generation and who feels confident using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation to build and manage a healthy pipeline.
Salesforce will be your central platform for daily activity tracking and reporting.

* Native-level German
* Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)

* Experience working with Salesforce (or similar) as a CRM data source and integration tool
The Skills we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of sales drive, communication skills, and process discipline:
* Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment
* Track record of cold calling and lead qualification, with confidence engaging decision-makers at all levels
* Ability to convert performance marketing leads into qualified opportunities through structured follow-up
* Familiarity with Salesforce for managing pipeline, tasks, and reporting
* Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outreach tools
* Ability to balance volume and quality - reaching out at scale while keeping communication personal and relevant
* Experience working in data-driven sales environments where activity, conversion, and pipeline health are key metrics
Nice to have
* Relevant industry experience (finance, insurance, investment)
* Bonus: Worked with or for brokers, financial advisors, or in a regulated B2B environment
* French or Italian skills, written and spoken
