Role Overview:
The Country Manager for Germany holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our top-markets across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this role will be crucial to help us in further developing our succesfull business relations in the German and the other DACH markets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive knowledge and solid relationships with the German consumer electronics market key players;
* Sound experience in managing Sales strategy and country P&L;
* Experience in leading Sales teams to positive track records in sales achievements;
* Great understanding of marketing/branding campaigns logic, especially for Consumer electronics/running/outdoor product segments;
* Capability to formulate local sales and business development plans and implement action plan to achieve the sales target;
* Able to build up trustful long-term relationship with key clients, wholesalers/retailers to understand the business needs, requirements and potential business opportunity;
* Skilled in developing Go-to-market plan (price, product positioning, promotion and channel strategy);
* Partner with HQ team to optimize products and feedback the key findings from market research, client suggestions and industry development reports etc.
Please note: This is a remote role, periodical/quarterly business trips to our HQ office in Warsaw may be required
Ideal Qulifications:
* Bachelor degree or above in Business related major;
* Proven 10+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry with excellent relationship with key clients;
* Can demonstrate a successful track record in achieving consecutive sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share etc.,)
* Used to work in a fast-moving and changing environment and be able to work under pressure;
* Self-starter / self-motivated but determined to get the results
* Agile style and embraces changes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent organisational skills to prioritise different tasks;
* Strong teamwork and collaborations;
