Our client is seeking a Head of Project Management with full responsibility for execution of international customer projects from contract signing to final handover, while building a structured and scalable project management team. The role ensures: On-time and on-cost delivery Structured management and communication over project lifecycle Disciplined, system-driven project execution Complete and accurate project dataset during execution Fast and correct on-site installation (tanks and silos) Core Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Project Ownership (Hands-on) Manage and develop project management team Structured management skills (communication, problemsolving, project management toolset) Full accountability for: timeline, cost, quality Act as the single point of responsibility for the customer 2. Build the Project Management team Define and implement: • Project management processes • Standard templates and tools • Reporting structures and cadences Establish clear project governance and discipline Create a scalable foundation for future team expansion 3. Project Planning & Control Develop and manage: Project timelines, Milestones, Resource plans, Cashflow plans Track progress rigorously and take corrective actions when required 4. Cross-Functional Execution Drive coordination across: Design, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Construction site, financials Ensure timely availability of all inputs required for execution Risk and inconsistency mitigation 5. Site Installation Leadership Plan and manage on-site installation activities Ensure: correct assembly, budget boundaries, structured and safe execution Coordinate site teams, contractors, and customers Resolve issues on-site without delay 6. Cost & Commercial Control Track project costs vs. budget Manage deviations, variations, and change orders Protect project margins through disciplined execution 7. Customer Management Maintain structured and transparent communication Provide regular updates on progress and risks Manage expectations and handle escalations 8.
