Your Area of Responsibility Please add a summary description of the role here As a Workforce Staffing Specialist (f/m/d/x) at our production site in Verden, you’ll be responsible for efficiently sourcing and staffing our production employees — playing a key role in the overall success of HelloFresh. Your Profile Please include all tasks and areas of responsibility for this position here Act as the operational lead and first point of contact for candidates throughout all key steps of the recruitment process — assessing suitability, coordinating appointments, and preparing employment contracts. You will report directly to the Senior Workforce Staffing Manager and work together to achieve Workforce Staffing goals. In addition to our production site in Verden, you will also support recruitment for our Last Mile fleet in the northern region. Regularly review the hiring process to identify, assess, and resolve any inconsistencies. Use our recruitment tool daily to manage and monitor staffing orders. Track daily application and hiring goals, escalating any deviations that may affect future staffing needs. Create and manage plans to measure, analyze, and improve the recruiting funnel. Maintain and distribute the weekly updated pipeline report and staffing plan to all stakeholders. Coordinate onboarding events with relevant departments. Organize and provide on-site support at job fairs. Willingness to travel is desirable — for example, to help implement new tools or attend workshops.
