Your mission
* Administration of users, guest users, and groups in an existing hybrid Active Directory / Entra ID environment
* Monitoring user synchronization using Entra ID Connect
* Management of access rights within Entra ID
* License management in the Azure cloud portals
* User support for applications, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Windows operating systems
* Automation of recurring tasks using PowerShell scripts, both in the Entra ID environment and for general administrative tasks
* Management of mailboxes, distribution lists, and other Exchange objects in a hybrid Exchange environment
* Operation, administration, and optimization of the Keycloak authentication solution, including realm and user management
* Maintenance of documentation and the knowledge base
Your profile
* You have successfully completed vocational IT training or bring comparable professional experience
* With your strong expertise in the Entra ID environment, you can handle upcoming tasks quickly and reliably
* You are proficient in common applications, especially Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
* You have a good understanding of mid-range network environments
* Experience with authentication solutions (e.g., Keycloak) is one of your strengths
* You have in-depth knowledge of common operating systems (Linux and Windows)
* You have strong communication skills
* Analytical thinking is one of your strengths
* You enjoy solving problems
* Good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
If you additionally bring experience with:
* Ticketing systems (preferably OTRS)
* Regulations in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard
* The use of further Azure-based solutions, such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Purview
