Your tasks
Work planning: Creation, maintenance and continuous optimization of work plans for vehicle assembly.
Process analysis: Conducting process analyses, determining planned times and comparing variants using REFA/MTM .
Interface management: Close cooperation with assembly and design to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Data management: Independent maintenance of master data, planning parameters and production orders in the ERP system (SAP) .
Change management: Dynamic adjustment of work plans when parts lists or drawings are changed to ensure the highest data quality.
Project work: Active participation in exciting, cross-departmental projects.
Your profile
Qualification: Degree in (Industrial) Engineering or further training as a technician (m/f/d) with relevant experience.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in work preparation, ideally in the field of vehicle construction .
Know-how: Sound knowledge of assembly processes and confident handling of SAP (modules PP/MM) .
Methodology: REFA or MTM training is advantageous.
Working style: Analytical thinking, high level of initiative and strong teamwork skills.
Tools & Languages: Very good MS Office skills and good written and spoken English skills
