Role Responsibilities
* Build and develop a new Consulting team in Banking, contributing to the company's success.
* Engage in project work related to digitalization, process optimization, and transitions within banking, including technology interfaces.
* Identify early business opportunities and take initiatives to leverage them.
* Lead, develop, and retain team members.
* Maintain and expand client relationships through operational involvement.
Candidate Profile
* Relevant education, such as a university degree or banking qualification with additional credentials.
* Extensive experience in banking projects, especially in credit, payments, or securities, with initial leadership roles.
* Experience in proposal and contract development, particularly in external consulting roles.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences, with an open, helpful demeanor.
* Fluent in German and proficient in English.
