Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
10. Responsible for identifying, creating and performing test cases
11. As part of a scrum team, you are to represent the business in refining new IT solutions
12. As part of support function, you are to analyze and resolve system/process issues, including identifying root causes of failures
13. Maintain and expand knowledge of logistics systems and processes to support supply chain optimization
14. Document logistics flows and best practices to ensure operational excellence
15. Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across Distribution Centers
16. Analyze and recommend improvements to logistics operating routines.
17. Communicate changes and new routines to relevant stakeholders.
18. Participate in IT projects and document/communicate related business processes.
19. Test and implement operation-based IT projects in logistics to achieve excellence at Distribution Centers
20. Represent logistics interests in cross-organizational IT projects
21. Participate in scrum-events, including daily standup, iteration review, retrospective, and iteration planning
Qualifications
YOU SHOW COMMITMENT AND...
22. a background in supply chain management, IT, or related fields
23. proven experience in logistics processes, IT systems, testing and project participation
24. strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
25. experience in logistics IT systems and tools, especially SAP EWM
26. ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
27. flexibility to support operations outside standard working hours, if needed
28. English - communicative level (min. B2)
