Your tasks
* Assist with B2B inbound processing, including ERP system uploads, syncing orders to our 3PL, coordinating inbound deliveries, tracking & monitoring book-ins, and expediting book-in requests as needed.
* Prepare outbound shipments by completing shipping documents, shipping labels, customs procedures, creating IFI's, ERP uploads, uploading to client portals, as well as arranging ship-outs and pick-ups with our 3PL.
* Review and ensure compliance with B2B client delivery manuals, updating internal manuals as needed to ensure orders meet specific client requirements.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests from B2B clients with clear and effective communication.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve B2B client claims and return requests, working closely with the Production team to send products for repair, monitor factory claims, and ensure timely resolutions.
* Proactively track and monitor B2B orders, ensuring deliveries align with go-live dates and launches, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
* Support the team in defining, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
* Contribute to the streamlining and optimization of customer service and operations processes for the B2B wholesale channel.
Your profile
* 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management, sales administration, operations, logistics, or B2B customer service.
* Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management, business administration or a related business field
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during peak periods.
* Hands-on mentality with a flexible and proactive approach; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
* Start-up mindset with a can-do attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), German is a plus
