Your tasks
9. They act as Finance Business Partners for the development area and drive flexibility and agility in this international environment.
10. They provide quantitative and qualitative data to provide sound support to senior management in discussions and decision-making.
11. They evaluate results based on budgets and targets, identify deviations, and proactively develop solutions.
12. They are involved in projects for the further digitization of NRC reporting.
13. They support the implementation of new planning and budgeting processes in the development area.
Your profile
14. Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, finance or controlling (at least a Master's / Diploma degree).
15. At least 5 years of sound professional experience in controlling, finance, IT/information systems and project management.
16. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
17. Excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as SAP and BW.
18. Good communication skills, as well as strong teamwork skills and a high degree of independence.
19. Sense of responsibility, organizational talent and resilience.
