Your tasks
1. production of e-learning videos
9. You develop storyboards and collect ideas for new video tutorials.
10. Using TTS and Simple Show, you will produce professional and comprehensible learning videos.
11. In Camtasia, you put the individual parts together, synchronize them and finalize the videos.
12. If necessary, you will make revisions to improve the quality.
13. You edit content textually and visually to make it user-friendly and appealing.
2. support of the TTS Performance Suite
14. You ensure the stable and continuous operation of the application through regular maintenance measures and monitoring of system integrity.
15. The realization and planning of updates as well as configuration changes are a matter of course for you and you ensure a smooth implementation.
16. You implement new configurations and check that they work correctly.
17. As the first point of contact for technical problems, you assess the cause, carry out troubleshooting or forward the request to the relevant departments.
18. You process user inquiries and act as a trustworthy interface between users and internal teams.
3. project support
19. As part of projects, you will provide support as required in topics relating to conference systems, collaboration, chat & conferencing, M365 Power Apps, Jira and Confluence.
Your profile
20. You have experience in application support or IT system support, ideally with knowledge of server operation and configuration.
21. Experience with video production: You are familiar with Camtasia, Simple Show and TTS (or similar) and can use them to create professional learning videos independently.
22. You are characterized by creativity and commitment, you contribute your own ideas to the development of learning materials.
23. You are a strong communicator and can explain complex content in a simple and understandable way.
24. You focus on teamwork, have a structured way of working and can work on several tasks at the same time.
25. You are fluent in German and have a good to very good command of English
