Senior Manager Field Marketing – Growth Markets (DACH, Eastern Europe, Benelux)
An international technology leader is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Senior Manager to drive strategic, sales-aligned go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across key European growth markets including DACH, Eastern Europe, and the Benelux region.
This is a pivotal, high-visibility role where you’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders to align marketing strategy with revenue objectives. You’ll lead a talented Field Marketing team, shaping country-specific GTM plans and orchestrating campaigns that deliver measurable impact across customers, partners, and vertical markets.
Define and own the GTM strategy for your region, ensuring full alignment between marketing priorities and sales goals.
Lead country-relevant marketing initiatives across key accounts, verticals, and channel partners to deliver tangible business outcomes.
Develop and execute customer-centric marketing programs, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns and executive engagement initiatives.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure activities are ROI-driven, data-led, and strategically impactful.
Proven success in creating and executing strategic and operational marketing plans in partnership with sales.
Strong background in B2B marketing and GTM execution—experience in Field, Channel, or Vertical Marketing is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional and international teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and excellent organizational and budget management capabilities.
Fluent in English and German; Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 8+ years of B2B marketing experience and 3+ years of people management.
