User Support & Helpdesk You will handle support requests in our ticket system, including their analysis, resolution, and documentation You will resolve hardware and software issues firsthand and assist our colleagues in using IT systems You will manage Active Directory (user and permissions administration), including password management and workstation support System Administration & Infrastructure You will install, configure, and maintain our client systems (Windows) as well as standard software You are responsible for patch management, update rollouts, and maintaining the network infrastructure (including printers, Wi-Fi, and switches) You are primarily responsible for monitoring IT systems and services Server, Network & Security Management You will be responsible for the planning, administration, and virtualization of server and network systems (e.g., Hyper-V) You will ensure the management and optimization of backup and storage solutions as well as firewall, VPN, and security components Project and Process Responsibility You will assume technical responsibility for IT projects (e.g., rollouts, migrations, infrastructure setup) You will communicate IT policies, operational concepts, and best practices within the company (development, implementation, and documentation) Your Profile Ideally, you have completed IT training, for example as an IT specialist or in system integration, and possess in-depth IT expertise, particularly in current technologies You are willing to take full responsibility for our IT support (1st to 3rd level) You are confident in various areas of system administration (hardware/software management, client and server management, as well as network and security) You enjoy taking the lead in the design and implementation of IT projects Ideally, you have already gained experience with an ERP system (e.g., Sage 100) You enjoy working independently, are dynamic, flexible, and solution-oriented, and possess a strong service mindset and team spirit What We Offer An open communication culture—communication and team spirit are very important to us.
