Executive - Customer Operations
Designation: Customer Operations Officer/ Executive – Organized Trade (Key Accounts).
Function: Sales – Modern Trade
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Job Description
* Build an integrated commercial plan for assigned customers; develop a rolling 3-month sales plan at customer/account level
* Plan assortment at account level and create a quarterly account-specific activation calendar
* Achieve volumes planned during OPL and execute account-specific activation programs on time and in full
* Act as the single-window for customer service, ensuring price control and stability across assigned accounts
* Negotiate/implement terms of trade agreements and ensure adherence in-store
* Track redistribution value and volume targets; present account-wise reviews quarterly and identify gaps vs. business plans
* Suggest inputs to generate demand and continuously increase Nestlé’s contribution within each account
* Monitor, evaluate, and control CCS/scorecard metrics while ensuring on-shelf availability and visibility standards at outlets
Qualification
* Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-6 years of experience
