Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing logistics operations in Düsseldorf, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local logistics or transport operations and a deep understanding of German labor laws and HR practices. As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational goals, drive talent strategy, and enhance workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with logistics leadership to align HR strategies with business and operational objectives.
* Lead talent management programs including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across logistics teams.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill critical skill gaps in our logistics operations.
* Advise on employee relations matters, compliance with German labor laws, and workforce planning.
* Promote a high-performance culture by supporting training, coaching, and leadership enablement.
* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with central HR and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies and programs.
Qualifications:
* Strong HR experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain sector in Germany.
* Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and front-line managers.
* Demonstrated success in talent management and strategic recruitment in operational environments.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
