Overview:
Our client is a Berlin-based MedTech company dedicated to developing an AI-based software solution which analyses medical images.
In this position, you’ll lead global commercial growth, focusing on expanding footprint across Europe and breaking into new international markets. You will develop structured sales processes to drive deal execution and support the team in closing opportunities.

Tasks:
* Lead and scale the international sales team with a focus on performance and sustainable growth
* Define and execute a global go-to-market strategy aligned with business goals
* Build effective sales processes and manage key metrics across complex healthcare deals
* Develop strong relationships with partners, enterprise clients, and radiology networks
* Collaborate cross-functionally and represent the company at key industry events
Your Profile:
* 7+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare-related fields, including 3+ years in a leadership role
* Proven ability to scale international sales teams and achieve strong growth targets
* Knowledge of radiology, AI in medical imaging, or medical software is a strong plus
* Deep understanding of sales in regulated healthcare markets (e.g., CE, MDR, procurement)
* Hands-on, data-driven leader with a passion for coaching
* Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
