About the Role
We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our fast-paced kitchen team, reporting directly to Ashley Boundy (Director of Operations & Head Chef).
You’ll work on preparing high-quality dishes for hundreds of daily clients, support in recipe execution and production flow, and help us maintain kitchen excellence as we scale.
This is not a static restaurant job—our kitchen operates at high volume with the quality standards of a top-tier restaurant and the consistency of a production kitchen.
Your responsibilities:
* Execute recipes and prepare dishes to ChefCoco’s exacting standards
* Maintain station readiness and prep for daily high-volume service
* Support daily kitchen production workflows, ensuring speed and consistency
* Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations
* Assist in mentoring junior kitchen team members where required
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef on daily operational priorities
Your Profile
* 2+ years' experience in a professional kitchen, catering operation, or high-volume restaurant.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams of all sizes in a positive and collaborative way.
* Strong culinary foundation, including cooking techniques, organized mise en place, and creative input in menu development.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and bring a calm, solutions-focused attitude.
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented—you take pride in delivering consistently high standards.
* Eager to learn and grow, with a proactive approach to owning your station and supporting the wider team.
* Bonus: Experience in large-scale production kitchens or banqueting/catering environments is a big plus.
