Train Traffic Controller Apprenticeship
You can start your professional career with us as an apprentice in various positions with different areas of responsibility.
We are looking for you for the 3-year apprenticeship as a train traffic controller at DB Infrastruktur AG at Mainz, Rüsselsheim, Wiesbaden or Rüdesheim.
The vocational school takes place in block form at the Berufsbildende Schule (BBS) in Lahnstein near Koblenz. You will receive free company travel tickets and a student Hessian ticket if needed.
* Your colleagues will show you step by step how to properly operate the technology in a control center.
* You will learn when to press the right keys and buttons to change signals or switches, for example.
* With the other employees in train traffic control and in the dispatch centers as well as with the locomotive drivers, you will often be in contact.
* You are an important part of our team and enable our passengers a safe and punctual journey with our trains.
