Clinical Trial Operations Manager – Berlin (On-site)
SciPro are partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing MedTech company seeking a Clinical Trial Operations Manager to join its Berlin-based team. The organisation is developing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions aimed at transforming cardiovascular care and has recently secured significant funding to accelerate its clinical and regulatory strategy.
As the company prepares for expansion into the US market and progression toward FDA approval, this role will be pivotal in leading and scaling clinical trial operations across multiple sites.
The Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end clinical trial execution in the US, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable driving complex, multi-centre studies forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of multi-centre clinical trials in alignment with FDA requirements and regulatory timelines
* Act as the primary point of contact for CROs and external vendors, ensuring strong performance, budget management, and high-quality data delivery
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and Regulatory teams to incorporate AI-driven analytics and biosensor data into clinical study design
* Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to track trial performance and identify risks
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience managing end-to-end clinical trials in the US
* Background in MedTech, Digital Health, or a related field
* Strong understanding of FDA processes and regulatory pathways
* Experience working with CROs and managing external partnerships
* Exposure to cardiology or cardiovascular studies is advantageous
