Senior Business Analyst Business Strategy - Energy Solutions (f/m/d) What you will be doing * Lead channel performance analysis: Dive deep into digital and direct sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and shape actionable strategies. * Evaluate the effectiveness of different sales channels and support decisions on investment, scaling, and innovation. * Enable data-driven decisions: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Strategy Consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in a B2C, multi-market, or eCommerce environment. * Deep understanding of digital and direct sales channels, with hands-on experience in optimizing eCommerce platforms and customer journeys. * Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and deriving strategic insights. * Fluent in English & German.
