Marketing Director (m/f/d) Automotive Aftermarket EMEA
As regional Marketing Director (m/f/d), you and your team of currently 10 professionals play a key role in driving our profitable growth across the EMEA region by shaping our pricing strategy, trade marketing initiatives and promotion and communication, while also overseeing product portfolio management.
Your Tasks:
* You develop and execute regional marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on pricing, trade marketing, and development of digital channels
* In close collaboration with our sales organization, you define and manage pricing strategies across product lines and channels
* You design and implement trade marketing programs to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales at distribution partners, including ITGs
* You support the sales team with targeted campaigns, promotional tools, and actionable market insights
* You lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, e-commerce and content engagement
* Planning and executing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement falls under your responsibility
* You maintain oversight of product portfolio management and coordinate with global teams on new product introductions
Your Profile:
* You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* You have 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing in the Automotive Aftermarket
* You combine a strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics
* Expertise in pricing, trade marketing, and digital marketing strategies is part of your core skill set
* You have proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop cross-functional teams
* You are confident in using digital marketing tools and shaping e-commerce strategies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills help you connect across teams and regions
* Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus
