As a Project Manager, you sit at the heart of this work – ist not a coordination‑only role. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple client accounts simultaneously - anywhere from two large, high‑complexity engagements to six or seven mid‑sized projects running in parallel. You orchestrate projects end to end, shaping the way teams, clients, and contributors come together to deliver highquality experiences. You create the structure that enables consultants, facilitators, and cross‑functional partners to focus on what they do best. You ensure that complexity becomes manageable, delivery becomes reliable, and impact becomes inevitable. You combine five dimensions that belong together: Deliver ExcellenceYou lead planning, coordination, and execution for projects of all complexity levels — translating ambition and ambiguity into clear timelines, smart resourcing, and high‑quality delivery. Orchestrate StakeholdersYou align internal teams, contributors, and clients through clarity, communication, and thoughtful preparation — ensuring that every person involved knows where the project is going and what they contribute. Safeguard Operational PerformanceYou create smooth workflows, manage risks, optimize processes, and ensure that every element needed for success is in place, ready, and on time. Maintain Financial & Delivery HealthYou monitor scope, capacity, costs, and profitability — enabling projects to remain healthy, transparent, and sustainable. Drive Continuous ImprovementYou elevate the system around you: enhancing processes, strengthening project rhythms, and contributing to the maturity of our organizational operations. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Project Manager who is energized by responsibility, passionate about clarity, and committed to delivering excellent experiences for teams and clients.
