IT Project Manager
Employment type: Contract
Duration: 6 month initial renewable contract
Location: Onsite Luxembourg City
Kepler Search is currently supporting a well established, reputable financial institution in Luxembourg who are hiring for an IT professional with strong technical expertise and experience delivering projects across agile and waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives to meet customer deadlines.
* Deliver and support IT initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Manage and track work using Jira.
* Provide technical leadership across UI/UX software, web-based application and code development projects.
* Facilitate workshops and create documentation to capture business requirements and convert them into actionable delivery plans.
* Oversee project processes, ensuring clear plans, milestones, RAID management, action tracking, reporting, and governance.
* Engage and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
* Support budget management and governance in collaboration with PMOs.
Skills Needed:
* Over 8 years working as a project manager within the financial services in IT or technology roles.
* Strong knowledge of Jira and modern delivery frameworks.
* Proven experience working with executive stakeholders.
* Experience with IT reporting and budget management.
