1. work as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for the auxiliary systems of our gas turbines, steam turbines and generators
2. you will be responsible for conducting supplier qualification, development, and quality assurance measures
3. support a cross-functional team by assessing supplier capabilities, conducting supplier audits, and evaluating quality management systems and processes
4. manage product and process qualification, ensuring suppliers' processes are approved in line with the Manufacturing Quality Control Plan
5. perform source, virtual, and desk inspections of suppliers within the designated area of responsibility
6. coordinate nonconformance processing with suppliers and ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent recurrence
7. monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust quality, inspection, and development planning activities accordingly
8. work with various Supplier Quality & Development tools and databases, ensuring data quality and transparency

YOU...
9. hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline
10. have technical experience in industrial process technology and/or auxiliary systems in energy generation plants (preferred)
11. have more years of experience in a technical field and/or working in Supply Chain Management or Quality Management
12. have experience conducting supplier audits and knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements; additional ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications are a plus
13. are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time
14. have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
