IT system administrator (m/f/d) part-time
We are increasingly focusing on the digitalization of our administration in order to make processes more efficient and modern. Stable IT systems and reliable support play a key role in this. As an IT system administrator, you will actively support this change and ensure that our digital infrastructure runs smoothly.
You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for IT users, take care of hardware and software support and assist with the introduction of new technologies. As part of a collegial team, you will work on making IT in our municipality fit for the future and making everyday digital life easier for all users.
Your tasks
* Technical and organizational support, control and security of the entire IT infrastructure
* Administration and maintenance of clients and servers as well as existing interfaces to other systems
* Care, maintenance and support of specialist applications
* Analysis and elimination of faults, user advice and guidance
* Planning and procurement of hardware and software
* Support for telecommunications systems
* Documentation of the operating environment and changes
* Technical support for the homepage
* Support in the area of digitization
Your profile
* A degree in information and communication technology, computer science or completed training in the fields of computer science, administrative informatics, business informatics or in another information technology profession with professional experience or a comparable suitable qualification
* Good knowledge of
* the Microsoft Exchange environment and Microsoft Active Directory (MCSE if applicable)
* the thin client environment / terminal server areas
* the areas of Hyper-V server virtualization / cluster solution
* High affinity for further development trends in the field of IT technology, ideally in the municipal sector
