Head of Marketing and Analytics (m/f/d)
Location: Eschborn
Role and Responsibilities
•Develop and provide visions, targets and strategies for the digital marketing presence to reach the sales targets for all consumer channels and product categories.
•Manage all direct marketing activities and oversee the analytics and insight roadmap
•Manage and oversees strategical “special projects”
•Representation of the digital marketing and analytics department
•Responsible for the teams and each team member results and performance while distributing the tasks which need to executed.
•Create and develop processes, structures, solutions and working-environment and clima while ensuring employer development, coaching and motivation.
•Management tasks as hiring, dismissing, performance evaluation.
•Provide network contacts and interfaces for the team to enable them to work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.
•Responsible for planning and budgetary control
•Responsible for ROI and achieving target KPI`s
Skills and Qualifications
•Several years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and E-Commerce
•Several years ofteam leadership & management paired with communication skills
•Proven experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
•Possess of technical knowledge on available standards, methods, tools, technologies and applications
•Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, concepts, strategies and best practices
•Excellent analytical and project management skill
•Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
•Strong priorization management and organization skills
•Result-driven
•Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience
