Responsibilities:
1. You support the global business units of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies with precise strategic analyses that create strategic clarity and facilitate decision-making
2. You accompany business units in the development and implementation of future-oriented business strategies
3. As part of the strategic planning process, you take responsibility for implementation and monitoring
4. You conduct market analyses and exploratory studies and derive recommendations for action
5. You contribute to securing, expanding, or newly developing competitive advantages
6. You take the lead in selected initiatives and special projects – for example in the areas of M&A or business development
7. With your expertise, you support the optimization of sales strategies within the business units
8. You independently analyze sales data, prepare results professionally, and derive strategic recommendations for action
Qualifications:
9. You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics with a focus on sales strategy, data analysis, and statistics; knowledge of the filtration industry is a plus
10. You bring experience in strategy consulting and market research – and have already successfully implemented your concepts
11. Project management, data analysis, and the use of AI technologies are among your strengths
12. You are confident in strategic analysis, market segmentation, and competitive monitoring
13. You are familiar with CRM systems, SAP SD, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), BOARD, and Copilot
14. You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always keep the customer focus in mind
15. You are fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
