About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to represent our cutting-edge solutions in the DACH region.
* You will advise B2B customers on the benefits of our software through qualified leads and outbound activities.
* Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
* Responsible for the entire sales process from initial pitches to contract conclusion.
* In certain phases, collaborate with Solution Engineers or Professional Services teams to provide expert advice and convince customers to purchase our solutions.
* Aim to meet forecasted sales targets and ensure that monthly and quarterly sales quotas are met.
Requirements
* Completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification.
* Proven track record in B2B SaaS/Software Sales.
* Experience presenting and negotiating up to C-level.
* Fluent German and excellent English skills, as well as strong rhetorical communication and presentation abilities.
* Able to work in a fast-paced international environment with high personal responsibility and self-motivation.
* Familiarity with the DACH market and an existing network of contacts in this region are advantageous.
* Ability to travel within the DACH region if necessary.
About Our Team
Our dynamic sales organization spans multiple locations globally, comprising over 100 employees. You will join our global Account Executive team, reporting directly to the Regional Director for the DACH region. You'll become part of a focused team of 10 within that region, responsible for selling our diverse range of products to new customers.
