Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to oversee the implementation of business objectives among our sales, marketing, and business development professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas, delegating sales and marketing tasks among team members, and meeting with upper management to discuss progress.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
3. Business Reporting: Provide regular business reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar business development or marketing role.
* 12-15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with a semiconductor manufacturer.
* International travel experience in Europe, Asia, and Americas.
* Demonstrated ability to present complex technical topics to audiences from engineering to C-level in both public and private forums.
* Fluency in English and German required.
